Our hassle-free return and replacement process ensures you always receive products that meet your expectations.
Our Return Policy
ePay Digital India Pvt. Ltd. offers its customers an 'Easy Return Policy', wherein you can raise a return request for a product within 1–3 business days of its delivery.
Returns are accepted if the product you receive has a mismatch in colour or size, or arrives in a damaged / defective condition.
Please note: We do not entertain returns if you simply dislike the product or wish to exchange it for personal preference reasons.
Our Replacement Policy
If the product delivered to you is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, you are eligible for a replacement, subject to the same 1–3 business day reporting window from the date of delivery.
How replacement works
Once a replacement request is raised, our team verifies the issue and arranges a pickup of the original product. A replacement is shipped subject to availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be processed instead.
Checklist to Return / Replace the Product
Please ensure the following conditions are met before initiating a return or replacement:
- Products must be returned with all original tags intact.
- Original packaging, invoice, and accessories must be intact and undamaged.
- Items must be in an unwashed, undamaged, and unused condition.
- Refund / replacement will be issued only after a thorough inspection of the returned product(s).
- The process will be completed within 72 working hours once the product is received at our office.
Items Not Eligible for Return / Replacement
- Products without original tags, packaging, or invoice.
- Products that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer after delivery.
- Return / replacement requests raised after the 1–3 business day window from delivery.
- Products returned due to personal preference or change of mind.
Refund Timeline
Once your returned product passes inspection, the refund amount will be processed and credited to your original mode of payment within 7 working days.
All arising disputes will be subject to Sangli, Maharashtra Jurisdiction only.
